We are looking for an experienced Finacle Customization Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle customization and development. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing and customizing Finacle solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementation and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Finacle CBS solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Work on Finacle 10x / Finacle 7x customization and enhancement activities.
- Analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Develop and modify Finacle scripts, menus, screens, reports, and interfaces.
- Work on BPD/parameter configuration and customization for CASA, Deposits, Loans, CRM and related modules.
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of customization-related issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, business teams, testing teams, and project leads.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations and enhancements.
- Ensure development activities follow project standards, security requirements, and change management processes.
- Participate in production issue analysis and provide timely resolutions.
- Support Finacle upgrades, migration, integration, and enhancement projects when required.
Required Technical Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle Customization / Development.
- Strong knowledge of Finacle CBS architecture and customization framework.
- Experience in Finacle 7x / 10x.
- Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Java / JavaScript / JSP / Shell scripting will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database.
- Experience in Finacle modules such as CASA, Deposits, Loans, CRM, and related banking modules.
- Knowledge of BPD, menus, screens, reports, interfaces, and parameter configuration.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling production support and incident resolution.
Good to Have
- Experience in Finacle migration / upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of Finacle integrations and interfaces.
- Experience with FEBA, Connect24, FI, or other Finacle-related products.
- Exposure to banking domain and CBS implementation projects.
- Experience working with JIRA / ticketing tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
