Nivedha V is a seasoned Core Banking professional with over 10 years of experience in Finacle Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and a strong track record of delivering end-to-end banking technology solutions. As the Head of Core Banking at Whitestone, she leads the design, development, customization, and implementation of core banking platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless system integration across client environments.
She brings deep expertise in Finacle CBS customization, maintenance, and L2 support, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle databases, Connect 24, and Finacle Integration modules, enabling optimized and resilient banking operations. Her experience spans core module enhancements, platform migration, data migration, system optimization, and regulatory-aligned implementations.
Nivedha has successfully led and supported complex core banking programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. She has also played a key role as an L2 Support Engineer, focusing on issue resolution, root cause analysis, system stabilization, and continuous improvement.
In addition to her technical leadership, Nivedha has trained and mentored 20+ trainees and managed delivery teams, fostering strong technical capability, process discipline, and customer-centric execution.
