As the Chief Technology Officer at Whitestone, he is responsible for defining the organization’s technology strategy, driving innovation, and delivering secure, scalable core and digital banking solutions for global clients.
He possesses deep expertise in Finacle Core Banking Solutions (CBS), with strong capabilities in solution architecture, system customization, data migration, and platform modernization, supported by extensive experience in Oracle databases and Unix environments. His leadership spans end-to-end core banking implementations and complex transformation programs.
Sridharan has led large-scale Finacle programs, managing cross-functional teams of 30+ professionals and collaborating closely with client leadership to ensure delivery excellence, governance, and business alignment. He brings significant global exposure through his work with leading MNCs such as Infosys, IBM and Capgemini, and engagements with reputed financial institutions including DBS Bank (Singapore), DFS (USA), Indian Overseas Bank, Union Bank of India, Paytm, BRAC Bank and City Bank (Bangladesh), I&M Bank (Kenya), Fidelity Bank and FCMB Bank (Nigeria), as well as banks in Nepal and Bhutan.
